Processing Time All orders are processed within 3-4 business days after your order is placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping Time Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping destination, unless otherwise stated.

International Orders – Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees ⚠️ Please be aware that international shipments are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that any applicable import duties, customs fees, local VAT, or handling charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are due upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for an estimate of any fees before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Shipping Information Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages Once your package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. While we will gladly assist you in locating your package, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.
